LuxVerity Advisors, LLC and BuzzMeBack.com provides educational resources, agentic workflows and AI-powered automation consulting services, as well as SMS communications for appointment setting and reminders, product updates, service notifications, promotional offers, and feedback requests. Your use of our services must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account security.

5. Use of Services

7. Payments and Billing

If you purchase a subscription, product, or service you agree to pay fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in any written refund policy provided at the time of purchase.

Changes will be posted on the Site with a revised “Effective Date” designation.  These Terms and Conditions will apply to every access to https://www.buzzmeback.com. LuxVerity Advisors, LLC reserves the right to issue revisions to these Terms and Conditions by publishing a revised version of this document on this site. The revised version will then apply to all use by you following the date of publication. Each access of information from buzzmeback.com will be a separate, discrete transaction based on the then prevailing terms. 

18. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Plano, TX. Any costs and fees, other than attorney fees, associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.  If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Plano, TX, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

19. Communications (including Mobile, SMS, A2P)

By submitting your email address and phone number to any form on this website, you agree that LuxVerity Advisors, LLC and BuzzMeBack.com may contact you regarding LuxVerity Advisors and other marketing-related promotions. You give permission for us to contact you using automated methods, including SMS and phone calls, for notifications about this event and related marketing promotions.  Additionally, you consent to our use of AI-powered voice communication systems, which may include AI-generated or AI-assisted voice calls for customer service, reminders, product updates, customer feedback, or promotional purposes. Your consent applies to all forms of communication mentioned, including email, SMS, phone calls, and AI-powered voice communications.  You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the instructions in our messages or contacting us directly.

Opt-Out:

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP”. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, you must sign up again through the Site, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Terms:

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent from us to you and from you to us. Message frequency may vary.  If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.  Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Sharing Compliance:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Subcontractors assisting with customer support may access information as needed.  All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

20. Termination

These Terms and Conditions agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at LuxVerity Advisors, LLC's sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and any and all other Site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
